Compared to the popular Ghost, The Pyzel Tank provides a little more volume under the chest, more rocker and a slightly thinner rail line. After Nathan Florence demanded more foam in his favorite Pyzel step-up boards a beefed up version of the Next Step was born and Nathan dubbed it The Tank. Nathan rides a 6'6 for his paddle ins at Teahupo'o and other ledgy breaks.
Inspired by Nathan Florence, the Tank is the next generation of big wave board. Designed for maximum paddling power and drive while still being able to do a lot more than just go straight like most guns. The Tank is made for big maneuvers in big waves.
Influenced by the outline of the Next Step, the Tank is designed to hold a bit more volume for paddling into critical situations without sacrificing maneuverability and speed.
All tanks are glassed in Indo strength 6 4oz Deck, 6oz Bottom Glassing
